ZAKARIAOU NJOYA
Born on 5 June 1968 at Foumban, EL Hadj ZAKARIAOU NJOYA is a graduate of the National School of Administration and Magistracy (ENAM), batch of the year 2000. His academic record consists of a Baccalaureate Certificate in Arts (A4) obtained in 1991, a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Sociology in 1995, a Master’s Degree in the same specialty in 1997, a Diploma in Humanitarian Law from the University of San Remo in Italy (2004) and a Certificate in Management and Change Management in Public Administration obtained at ENA Paris (2018.)
His appointment on 4 January 2018 to the post of Minister Delegate to the Minister of Transport, is the culmination of a career notably marked by the occupation of the posts of Senior Divisional Officer of the Mayo-Louti Division, 13 March 2017, Divisional Officer of the sub-division and districts of Isanguele-Bakassi, Nkongsamba 3, Douala 3 between 2006 and 2017. He has also been Chief of Cabinet of the Governor of the North-West Region and first deputy Senior Divisional Officer of Bamboutos (Mbouda)
He is a grassroot militant of the Foumban 2 sub-section of the Cameroon People’s Democratic Movement (CPDM) in the Noun Division. He is also the coordinator of the association KUT’LA of the Noun and the administrative adviser of the alma mater of civil administrators « L’Amicale des administrateurs civils », batch of 2000. »
Married and father of two (2) children, he was made Knight of the National Order of Valor.
