Jean Ernest Masséna NGALLÈ BIBÉHÈ

A trained Chartered Accountant, the Minister of Transport was born on 9 March 1962 at Yaounde. At the end of a solid academic itinerary, his track record consists of a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Economics specialty: Business Economics, a Post-Master’s Degree (DESS) in Banking and Finance, a postgraduate diploma Diplôme d’Études Approfondies (DEA) in Economics specialty: Economics and Society as well as the Diploma in Accounting and Financial Studies.

At the professional level, the current Minister of Transport who has occupied this post since 3 March 2018, was previously Minister of Secondary Education from 2 October 2015 to 2 March 2018, has been the Founder and CEO of SOCATUR SA, Founder and Vice President/Managing Director of SOCATUR SA; Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Microfinance company CONADIE SA. He also served as Director of Management Control and Internal Audit as well as Accounting and Financial Administrative Director of Companies.

This high profile politician militates in the ruling political party, the Cameroon People’s Democratic Movement (CPDM), as militant and member of the Permanent Divisional Committee for the Sanaga-Maritime.

Married and father of three (3), Jean Ernest Masséna NGALLE BIBÉHÈ was awarded the national medals of Grand Officer and Commander of the Order of Valor.
