– (1) The periodicity of the roadworthiness inspection is fixed as follows::

– every year for private passenger cars and private passenger transport vehicles;

– every year for special vehicles (mechanical machines, agricultural and public works equipment);

– every 6 months for vehicles for the transportation of goods (trucks, vans) vehicles intended for the transportation of dangerous goods, tank or removable tank vehicles, tractor-trailers for semi-trailers, vehicles for the coupling of one of these vehicle trailers;

– every 4 months for rental vehicles;

– every 3 months for school vehicles.
